Orders and shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are produced in 3-5 business days and then shipped. Delivery within the US typically takes 5-10 additional business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because your item goes into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs fees charged by your country.
Custom products
How do I upload my design?
On the product page, click the upload button and select your image file. For best results, use a high-resolution PNG or JPG file.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. For the sharpest print quality, use files that are at least 300 DPI.
Will my design look exactly like the preview?
We do our best to match the preview, but colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration and printing. The overall design will be very close to what you see.
Membership
What's included in each membership plan?
Basic members get podcasts and weekly updates. Pro members get everything in Basic plus movies and music. VIP members get everything plus downloadable eBooks and the biggest merchandise discounts. See full plan details here.
How do I access my member content?
After subscribing, log in to your account and visit the Member Portal. Your content will be waiting for you there.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again after that.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Visit the Membership page to upgrade to Pro or VIP at any time.
